A baby shower timeline with games
Baby showers run shorter than bridal showers, because the guest of honor is pregnant and probably tired. Two hours is plenty. Here's a schedule that fits two or three games without rushing the gifts.

The short answer
A two-hour baby shower runs: 20 minutes of arrivals with wishes-for-baby cards, 30 minutes of food, two short games, 35 minutes of gifts with bingo alongside, then cake and prizes. Two hours is kinder to the mom-to-be than three.
A two-hour schedule
Times are from the start of the shower.
- 0:00–0:20 Arrivals. Drinks, and wishes-for-baby cards on a table by the door.
- 0:20–0:50 Food.
- 0:50–1:05 Game one: a quiz about the mom-to-be, or the shoe game at a co-ed shower.
- 1:05–1:15 Game two: guess the baby weight or a price guess round.
- 1:15–1:50 Gifts, with baby shower bingo running alongside.
- 1:50–2:00 Cake, prizes, and a few wishes read aloud.
